Returns Refunds – Warsi Printing & Mobiles

At Warsi Printing, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

As most of our products are personalized and made to order, customized or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

The product is damaged during delivery.
You receive the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
The product differs significantly from the approved order details.

Please review all names, text, images, colours, and design details carefully before confirming your order, as we are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

2. Standard (Non-Customized) Products

Non-customized products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item is in resalable condition.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting your request, please include:

Your Order Number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized gifts
Printed products
Personalized items
Laser engraved products
Photo printing orders
Special order or made-to-order products
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing, engraving, or customization has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is approved before production, any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund.
