3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate before placing an order.

4. Customized Products

For personalized items:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, text, images, colours, and design details before confirming the order.
Once production has started, customized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Warsi Printing is not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

5. Customer Artwork & Copyright

By uploading logos, images, or artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to use the content, or
You have obtained permission from the copyright owner.

Warsi Printing is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided content.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers and discounts are available for a limited time and cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

7. Payments

We accept approved payment methods available on our website.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered and selected.

8. Production & Delivery

Production times vary depending on the product and order quantity.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warsi Printing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

9. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless free shipping is offered.

Customers should inspect their parcel upon delivery. Any shipping-related issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products:

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
Standard (non-customized) products may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer:

Replacement
Reprinting
Store credit
Refund (where applicable)

12. Limitation of Liability

Warsi Printing shall not be liable for:

Customer-provided design errors
Indirect or consequential losses
Delivery delays caused by courier services
Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, designs, and text, is the property of Warsi Printing unless otherwise stated.
